John's Why

The Long Run was founded with sustainable excellence in mind. I’ve learned so much about myself, life, relationships, my own body and training methodologies and processes throughout my years of running and I want to share this with you. I believe that running can help you unlock your latent potential, both physically and mentally. I believe that running can help you cultivate some of the more meaningful relationships in your life. I believe that running can help you live a healthier life. I believe that running can help you show up as a better partner, friend, sibling or parent. I believe that running can demonstrate to you that you are capable of more than you think. I believe all of this because I have experienced all of this first hand and my wish is to help others experience all of this and more through The Long Run coaching.

 

I've partnered with expert strength and conditioning coach, Keith Power of Power Training and together we are dedicated to helping you become the best runner you can be. Whether you're training for your first 5k or aiming for a personal best in a marathon, or embarking on the spiritual pursuit of an ultra marathon we are here to support you every step of the way.

Meet Your Coach

JOhn

John is a passionate and enthusiastic trail and road runner. John has spent over a decade honing his own craft in running and has an unquenchable thirst for acquiring new knowledge along with a deep passion for sharing this knowledge to help empower others. John has learned the hard way having experienced burnout as a result of trying to do too much and thrives on helping others avoid making the same mistakes whilst still challenging themselves to unlock their often latent potential.
